We consider every order submitted as a mail order and fully protected under the US POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE rules and regulations and fully support the severe FEDERAL PENALTIES issued by this organization. Lures Online's policy is to aggressively pursue, by every legal means possible, prosecution of ALL CASES of individuals initiating orders to obtain goods from Lures Online in a fraudulent manner. This includes orders placed by check, money order or credit card. We fully prosecute without regard to cost.
 
Returns
Please contact Lures Online regarding all returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date and must be in original condition and in original packaging. Clothing must include original tags. If it is determined that a refund will be provided, original product cost, will be refunded. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Exchanges
Any product returned for exchange must be preapproved by Lures Online. All products returned for exchange will incur a re-ship charge, determined by package weight and destination.  Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date and must be in original condition and in original packaging. Clothing must include original tags. Customers should ship all exchanges prepaid to:
